NATIONAL FINE ARTS FESTIVAL REGISTRATION

The 2008 National Fine Arts Festival will be held in Charlotte, NC, August 4 - 8. The theme for 2008 is "Everywhere".


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Fine Arts Festival is open to all Christian students who meet the following criteria:
  1. Participating students must be enrolled in grades 6-12 or be 12 to 17 years of age as of September 1, 2007.
  2. Participating students must be in good standing with a local AG church and/or youth ministry.

Before participating in the National Fine Arts Festival (NFAF), each student must register with and participate in a District Fine Arts Festival. Students must participate where their home church is located. Students may not participate with churches or districts other than their own.

Most Assemblies of God districts hold a Fine Arts Festival. Some districts have pre-district Festivals (sectional, zone, etc.) Contact your district office for specific information on how to register for your local Festival.

Each student who qualifies by receiving a "Superior with Invitation" rating at a district Festival and wishes to participate in the NFAF must submit an official Charlotte08 Event Registration Form and pay the accompanying fee.

REGISTRATION FEES
Basic event registration is $75 per person.
*Event registration does not include a student’s first Fine Arts category. Each Fine Arts category added is $20. Each add-on event is also $20.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
District Dates and Deadlines
Registration forms and fees postmarked after the early registration deadline, but on or before June 2 will be assessed a $20 late fee. June 2 is the FINAL deadline for all Participant registration forms and fees. No Exceptions.

HOUSING
Tournament Gold is the Official National Fine Arts Festival housing bureau for 2008.

The NFAF participant registration deadline is June 2, 2008. Participant registration and fees must be postmarked by June 2. No Exceptions.
It is the responsibility of each student to be familiar with the rules, procedures and deadlines of the NFAF. No other person will be held responsible for a student's lack of information.
