Event Registration
EVENT REGISTRATION: $75.
  • Event registration does not include a student’s first Fine Arts category. Please see the Add-on: Fine Arts Participant section.
  • Basic event registration for everyone (including pastors, leaders, parents and students) over 8 years old.
  • *Viewing student presentations, watching the 3-on-3 basketball tournament and the Celebration Service does not require paid registration. Free Guest badges are required.
  • Children 8 and under (as of August 1, 2008) do not need to register. Free Guest badges are required.
  • A $20 late fee will be assessed to General Attendee and Leadership Conference add-on registrations postmarked after June 2 or received on-site.
  • Event registration includes: T-shirt, Official Program, access badge with lanyard, initial presentation score sheets and certificates (FA and KT participants only), all Fine Arts workshops and all evening services.
Add-on: Fine Arts Participant
ADD: $20 per category.
  • Registrations postmarked after the 28th day following the district Festival will be assessed a $20 late fee. Visit Fine Arts for each district's official 28-day deadline.
  • Participant must have received a "Superior with Invitation" from their district Festival for the categories selected on the registration form.
June 2 is the FINAL deadline.

Add-on: Kappa Tau: College Fine Arts Participant
ADD: $20 per category.

Add-on: Youth Alive 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Participant
ADD: $20 for individual registration.
  • For teams of three to five only.
  • Teams must provide their own transportation to the court site.

Add-on: AIM Mega Sports Camp Outreach Participant
ADD: $20 for indiviual registration.
  • For groups of two or more only.
  • The AIM Participant's church is responsible for performing background checks on all leaders.
  • Groups must provide their own transportation to the outreach site.
June 2 is the FINAL deadline

Add-on: Leadership Conference Participant
ADD: $20.
